The Rave SLR gravel bike cuts a profile striking in its resemblance to that of Wilier's Filante SLR aero bike, while the frame weight of under a kilo in a size medium puts many a carbon road bike to shame.

The Wilier Rave SLR recently took out the Unbound XL a gruelling ultra-long distance gravel race, a testament to where ultra-lightweight race bikes give you that competive edge. Many bike manufacturers have placed their focus on building bikes suitable to both road and gravel events, Wilier’s Rave with its ultra clean lines will look and feel like it belongs in your next road race, no un necessary frame mounts that quickly add up in weight. Instead opting for the wide variety of aftermarket bags, for your next bike packing adventure.

Looking like the Wilier Filantre a road race machine, The Rave SLR does still distinctive road endurance and gravel attributes. The head angle is 71 degrees – run in conjunction with a slightly shorter stem 95mm and slightly longer reach 384mm in medium that enable you tackle the demands that all day adventures road race or gravel racing duties, whatever the situations thrown at you!

LIGHTWEIGHT To create a light frame, Wilier used the same carbon technology mix found in the Filante SLR and the Wilier 0 SLR. No compromises!

RESPONSIVE To create a reactive frame, Wilier channelled all the experience gained in the use of technopolymers, mixing carbon with special viscoelastic fibres such as Liquid Crystal Polymers. Construction technologies used in the Filante SLR and the Wilier 0 SLR, products that offer an excellent ride quality, recognised by the most demanding professional riders.

HIGH PERFORMING Performance has always been Wiliers fixation. The genesis of the Rave SLR is no different. It's about a frame that is light, responsive, stiff where necessary.

BALANCED RACE GEOMETY To create a frame with balanced racing geometry, Wilier started with top range road racing references and mixed them with frame parts of road endurance origin: all without distorting the performance target that we set for ourselves at the start of the design phase. A slightly higher stack and a somewhat shorter reach compared to a pure competition bike, combined with the available carbon monocoque handlebars, become the perfect synthesis between high performance and comfort. Equally balanced for competitive gravel racing.
